While giving my talk at Whole Foods, one of the attendees mentioned that Killer B’s on State Street is gluten-free friendly. Apparently, the owner’s wife has to eat GF. We decided to try it tonight. Our waitress didn’t know what was and wasn’t GF, but she called over another waitress that did. Apparently all of the sauces they have are gluten-free. I ended up getting the sliced BBQ beef brisket plate. You get the choice of two sides, so I chose the corn on the cob and the baked beans. Their fries looked tasty but they are not made in a dedicated fryer.
